i9 forms an integral part of the wider redevelopment of Interchange the public realm. Within the public realm there are new granite planters, reconfiguration of Chubb Place and a flight of granite steps to tie into the new building levels. Tri were appointed by Graham Construction to develop the RIBA Stage 4 design through to completion and coordinate with the Midland Metro Alliance to ensure a fully coordinated scheme.
