The Denizen is a high quality 10 - 7 storey mixed tenure residential scheme, offering elegant living spaces with private terraces, communal landscaped courtyard and sunken gardens. A semi-public square with Yorkstone paving and carefully considered planting, Jewin Pocket Park, forms a key element of the external landscape. Tri were appointed by McAleer and Rushe to develop the design through the technical design and construction stages.
