Phase Purple is the first phase of a wider 74-acre masterplan to transform the Sheerwater area of Woking. A well planted central podium courtyard landscape is surrounded by 10 townhouses and 82 apartments. At ground floor level there are rain gardens along the footway edges and a communal green with mature retained trees. Tri were appointed by Gilbert-Ash to develop the RIBA Stage 3 design through to completion.
